FAQ

When will you ship my order?
We aim to have your order shipped within 1-3 business days.
For custom orders please allow 1-3 business days for your pieces to be made and a further 1 business day to ship your item. You will always receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

How long does shipping take?
Our shipping provider aims for overnight delivery for most destinations within NZ. However, it can take up approximately 2-3 business days depending on the logistics detail.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently are only shipping within NZ, but aim to offer world wide shipping in the near future.

How do I care for my items? 
Each garment will come with simple care instructions.. We also have instructions listed in each of our garments product description boxes on our website & further information in our highlights on Instagram. 

I need my custom piece ASAP, are you able to help?
Please contact us via email at hello@milkybubscollective.com prior to placing an order & we may be able to arrange for your items to be made in time for you. 

Do you offer Afterpay? 
Yes! Afterpay is available upon checkout.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
We will happily offer stress-free returns on any faulty items. However, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. So please choose carefully. We're sure you will love your orders.

Can I add items to my order or change my order?
Please email us at hello@milkybubscollective.com within 24 hours to discuss further. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to adjust your order accordingly. 

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit? 
Once your parcel is taken from our office, Milky Bubs Collective no longer holds legal responsibility for your orders. If your order however is delayed and/or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe stated, we will be happy to assist in tracking down your parcel.
